So the fact that he wants Kova doesnt mean Kova will shine under Pep. What I want to say: only because some other coaches want our struggling players like Mount or Gallagher doesnt make them superstars out of a sudden. They are still limited.

Doesnt automatically mean these are great players or that they will shine there. Just look at what midfielders Pep, Arteta and Ten Hag bought last year. Pep: Kelvin Philipps for 50 million - huge flop, waste of money Arteta: Jorginho - well yea, it went downwards after that buy Ten Hag: Eriksen, Sabitzer - not really great deals

Tbh a lot of signings in the late Roman era have been extremely bad: Lukaku Saul Werner Ziyech Kepa Pulisic Sarr Higuain (lol) Morata Bakayoko Drinkwater Zappacosta Emerson The only good signings in Romans last 5 years at the club are probably: Thiago, Chilly, Kovacic, Jorginho, Rüdiger but thats about it.
