My twitter feed is blowing up with the arrest of a PL player 31 years old arrested for Child Sex Abuse in Manchester. People naming the Everton player, but police not releasing the name. Feel bad for him if it is not him. His wife deleted all social media accounts. It says the player’s team has suspended him, but does not say what team. posted here because if true, Everton’s transfer window just got very difficult.

I love that Tuchel is not involving himself publicly in transfers. If he trusts the staff to take care of transfers we avoid him having a standoff with the board, like has been his downfall in the past.

I think he was as good at the training ground and locker room as he was on the pitch for us. What an absolute professional in every sense.

I added Patrick Berger to my twitter feed. From what I read, he is the one BVB uses. Once he starts talking about the possibility of Haaland coming to Chelsea, it’s real. His latest tweet is not really encouraging, but not full stop either.

I watched five of his games during the second half of the season, just to watch him. In a couple he looked good, but at times not doing much to position himself to be a part of the build up. The other games it was not easy to find him on the field. Just jogging around out there. I think his lack of quickness in pressing will hurt him with Tuchel. Not speed, but he doesn't seem to be quick on his toes in making challenges, just token pressure like Pulisic does most of the time. Pulisic seems to be improving in that area. CG needs to step that up to impress Tuchel.
