Had a horrible game unfortunately . How many times was he ahead of Oscar or our furthest forward player? He actually provided nothing, and was a liability defensively as well with some crucial incomplete passes. He deserves to be dropped as of right now.

Against teams like WBA who are just playing a low block and sitting deep, we need to play Azpilicueta and possibly Bertrand too. It was unbelievable how comfortable they were with us passing the ball to Iva all the time. They know that he is no threat offensively. Hopefully this game served as an eye opener for Jose, because we were utterly atrocious. WBA didn't even play well.

No idea mate. I don't know why the urgency isn't there when it's 0-0 or 1-0. Like they're expecting another goal just to come by passing it about without penetration. Hopefully Luiz, Mata and Mikel start in the next game because Oscar and Lampard weren't really good today and haven't been for 2/3 games now. They deserve to get dropped. Also Luiz because we need his passes from deep.

I wouldn't really call passing along the back "dominating" tbh. As you said, we've basically created fuck all. It really isn't good enough.

You're confusing Bertrand and Azpi with Cole. They do cross the ball a lot more than Ashley, and are in general a lot more threatening in attack than Cole and Iva.

This is the sort of game Bertrand and Azpi would thrive in. They would both add a lot to the attack and thus releasing and giving extra space to the likes of Hazard, Willian etc. Shame Ryan isn't on the bench. Right now I'd throw him on for Iva, switch Azpi to the right, and take off Lampard (who has not had a good half unfortunately) and let Mikel sit deep to negate the threat of counter Ryan & Azpi will create by bombing forward. Attacking wise we have not been good enough at all.

He does need to step up though, he's got bags of quality and he really needs to showcase it on a regular basis. So far this season he really, really has not.

Eto'o has always had that aspect to his game though. He's always scored cheeky goals like that throughout his whole career.

Lol, I'm not a Hazard hater in the slightest, but you seriously can't say that what Hazard did there should make his haters "eat shit". Tbh, I doubt Hazard has haters to begin with. People are just expecting him to do those sort of things on a regular basis.

Hazard needs to be doing that on a more regular basis. Again good anticipation by Eto'o.

Could happen - but he definitely deserves to start. He's pretty much been good in every game he's played in, and he's still not at 100%. Now is the time where he needs to build up that match fitness, by playing games.

Team I'd like to see as well. Maybe Cahill in for Luiz but that's about it.

Still needs to step it up, he needs to be playing as our main guy this season but he hasn't been good enough in general IMO, just about average. He has the capabilities to be the best player in the PL, but he isn't showing it yet. I want to see him hitting form soonish as I have very high expectations of him.
