I see no drastic difference playing Sterling on the left than on the right when Sterling's best football came at the left. It's clear as day Poch is more focused on defensive structure vs attacking impetus. He's already caught the Chelsea manager bug. Does have a bit of selfishness on him which is what we need in front of goal. His first touch and technical ability makes him an asset in midfield also at wing.

I feel Ugo was always a target given his profile (Experienced tall and strong DM). A player you rotate or bring on to secure leads. Early days but Santos has every opportunity to break into that Forest midfield which is average to begin with. If he doesn't, its more questions on him and his work ethic.

I think the biggest question marks over Cherki were his attitude + work rate.
