I think he's built up a lot of scar tissue on that hamstring. A decision needs to be made if surgery is required to clean it up or he needs to go through a vigorous rehabilitation program on mobility.

If he is still deciding against surgery, then its just a ticking time bomb. He will be injured 3 matches after he's back.
