Mount is essentially one of the main reasons why we are creating so many chances. His intelligence on the ball to move it quickly is vital. One of those qualities you don't know really appreciate until he's not playing.

Mount. Better in tighter spaces, better fit in this fast tempo build up, and will likely turn out to be the better finisher. Not to mention Ruben's back issues which hold him back. That said, I'm sure Lampard will think of ways to incorporate both at the same time.

Reckon Lampard will likely consider selling him in the summer, especially with Loftus Cheek fit. His inconsistency and slow timed decision making holds the team back. Nothing worse than see the team try and build up at a fast tempo only for Barkley to hold onto the ball far longer than he should.

Pulisic and Bat’s chemistry will come in handy

Like I said several months ago, if Kovacic is utilised right, he will be a key player. Mad how some preferred Bakayoko vs making Kovacic’s loan deal permanent
