I appreciate him trying to always make things happen, but sometimes he needs to be more disciplined. Especially when we are in control, and we very much were after we scored. That pass was suicidal and led to City countering us.

Kova made KDB look like a mug at times to be honest. I rate Kova highly but both he and Jorginho need to be more disciplined. They seem to become complacent with their passing, which in turn results in us being countered. A lot of our issues is our mentality.

Tomori is going to be 22 in December and took the step up from the Championship to the Premier League. I'm still adament when I say our defensive issues have little to do with either Zouma or Tomori. We concede because of either complacency or set pieces, to which the latter is a coaching aspect. This is the first defeat where I am honestly fine, especially if United drop points. I see loads of promise.

But why are you bothered that much? I would agree with the reactions if Liverpool were say United's level and were favored game after game that had them see top spot. But this is the best Liverpool side in our lifetime and easily the best team on the planet.

That part in bold alone is a reason why I don't understand why there are so many rattled neutrals. It isn't as if Liverpool have slithered their way to top spot by being favored every game. They are genuinely the best team on the planet imo.
