IF we could dump CuCu (we likely cannot) and if there was no way to get Nuno Mendes or Alphonso Davies (super hard pulls) , then Federico Dimarco would be a great LB buy this is the last summer José Gayà is on my lists (he turns 30 at the end of the season after this one) no longer sold on Theo due to his defence Andrew Robertson turns 30 this coming winter and I doubt Alejandro Balde would leave Barca for us at all that is it for elite LBs (I include a healthy Chilwell in that list) atm watch Destiny Udogie (20yo 1.88m now on Spuds) and Milos Kerkez (19yo 1.80m Hungarian on AZ Alkmaar, ex of AC Milan) (and of course, our own Lewis Hall and Ian Maatsen, who hopefully make it that we do NOT have to buy any more LBs at all)

roflmaooooooooooo
-
he is not that great with the ball at his feet better than DDG, yes, but not a revelation at all
-
GK? or DMF? I assume GK which is hardly going to break my heart when he is pressed his distribution is dodgy an Ederson he ain't
-
I just wish we had not shit out 118m quid on him that money would be SO helpful now IF Destiny Udogie blows up for Spuds, I am going to be double depressed as we could have had him for only £15m last summer 15 total league goals produced as a LB in less than 2 full seasons worth of minutes in Serie A, as an 18 yo to 20 yo plus he is massive (1.88m), pacy, and strong as a bull
-
I didn't have it bookmarked, I just wanted to see (read only) all of the old transfer posts for historical reference, not post there anymore
-
I cannot see the old transfer section
-
I do comprehensive target lists AND I deffo say the ones I prefer of course there are going to be a lot of names, as I am looking at the entire market, including posting on youth I often post in-depth analyses of the players too I have put myself out here for years I have a decent track record, especially when it comes to predicting busts before we buy I just posted a 3 year old post on CuCu saying no thanks, do not want I can go find newer CuCu posts as well, saying nope, do not buy
-
I did multiple posts on why we should not buy him
-
those were only a couple of the names I listed as potential options at winger Pepe went for far too much money anyway Malcom at least produces goals (granted in a lower league) top scorer in the 2022–23 Russian Premier League 35 total goals produced in only 2729 minutes, all comps 32 total produced in only 2349 minutes in the league
-
3 years ago I warned
-
he never should have been at our club horrid buy, as I predicted from the beginning
-
hell NO to Folarin Balogun

EXCLUSIVE: Lavia wants Arsenal transfer over Liverpool and Chelsea https://www.footballtransfers.com/en/transfer-news/uk-premier-league/2023/07/arsenal-transfer-news-romeo-lavia-liverpool-Chelsea-steve-kay-thomas-partey Romeo Lavia would prefer to join Arsenal over Liverpool or Chelsea this summer, FootbalTransfers has learned. Arsenal are in a three-horse race to sign the Southampton midfielder, along with Liverpool and Chelsea. However, as FootballTransfers exclusively reported last week, Arsenal have fallen behind their two Premier League rivals in the chase. READ MORE: Premier League 2023/24 summer transfers: All the Done Deals The reason for this is because of the time it is taking to complete the signing of Declan Rice and the sale of Thomas Partey. Arsenal cannot and will not complete a move for Lavia until Rice and Partey’s deals are resolved. With Rice’s transfer from West Ham now imminent, If Arsenal can find a way to sell Partey for a price they are satisfied with, then they will go back in for Lavia. Why Romeo Lavia wants Arsenal And FootballTransfers has learned that Lavia would prefer to sign for Arsenal over Liverpool and Chelsea if a price can be agreed with Southampton. There are multiple reasons for this. The offering of Champions League football, the presence of Mikel Arteta and the ‘Arsenal project’, and the image of a well-run club have given the Gunners the advantage over their rivals in the eyes of Lavia and many other transfer targets. Furthermore, Arsenal are able to pay better wages than Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool Tottenham and Chelsea this summer. This is due to the excellent job the club has done in the past three seasons at clearing out dead wood and cutting expenditure on wages. Agreeing a price with Southampton for Lavia could be tricky, as Arsenal are not willing to pay the £50 million that the relegated Premier League team are demanding. Arsenal are in a good position with the player, though. They have been talking to Lavia’s entourage since April. Talks have gone very well, which gives Arsenal the edge. But first Arsenal must sell Partey - and this is holding up the whole process.

none of them should have ever been purchased

I still cannot believe we dumped £118m on CuCu 🤬
-
the amortised loss we would take , and his high salary the only real hope atm is the Saudis
-
we have Nkunku, Felix is not coming back Baba is already gone Azpi is now gone Unless the Saudis want CuCu, I am so worried we cannot dump him the others you list likely will be sold this window goal scorer should be a RWer, as once Ziyech goes, we only have one true RWer (Noni) I think IF we are buying another CF it may well be Ivan Toney in January 2024
-
I very much doubt that happens
-
Prediction PSG buy Osimhen after they sell Mbappe (unless they do a swap deal with Real for Vini Jr and even then they still might go for Osi)
-
I don't really want either one Wirtz is damaged goods atm and there are better options out there than Cherki
