Chelsea banned for TWO transfer windows

hell no it wouldnt cost anywhere near that unless you are wanting top 2 or 4 in world level for one or 2 of them we need more than that but LB Junior Firpo or Chilwell £45m or Alex Telles £55m CMF Houssem Aouar £55m RW (play Pulisic at LW) Nicolas Pépé £65m or keep Puli at RW and buy Hirving Loxano at LW £50m total cost £165-75m or with Lozano £150 to 155m we need more upgrades than just that though (CF thanks to the cunt board not buying Piatek!!) plus an real offensive RB and for fuck sure a great CB) and we certainly have the damn players to sell, even it ends up being for 200m or more LESS than the £620m in hard offers we turned down in summer 2018 -

I said half a full seasons MINUTES he only played a total of 1933 compared that, for instance to Bruno Fernandes (who broke Lampard's MF goals in season of 27, Bruno has 31 and still 3 games left) at 4390 (and will top out at over 4600) minutes or Christian Eriksen (will have over 4000) or Frenkie de Jong (will end up with 4400 to 4500) or Kante (4300 to 4400) or Houssem Aouar (will end up close to 4000) etc etc and also, Higs is NOT worth almost 30m quid for 12 months of tubby struggle fuck that -

Not saying this is going to work out but my best guess is the following Mario Pašalić (translated to a full season he would have had 14 goals and 14 assists for Atalanta this season past) we need to promote him Kante RLC Barkley Pulisic CHO (when he is fully recovered, ie the 2nd half of the season hopefully) Willian Pedro Morata (if we recall him) Giroud Tammy (maybe) or Bats (if we recall him) that group should yield 85-100 goals all comps then toss in randomness from Zouma (headers) Rudiger, AC, Reece James, Alonso, maybe Moses (if we recall him) etc should get us to approximately the total we have had this year (1.7 per game) if most have similar years to what they had this season (some reallllly need to step up, especially Morata, Pulisic, RLC, Barkley, Kante, Willian, hopefully Pašalić, Tammy, who had 25 (maybe more due to playoffs) for Villa) Bats (IF we recal him) Higuain needs to go bye-bye, he is NOT worth the £29m (loan fee and one year salary) it would cost to keep him until June 2020 -

Kovacic is gone (cant sign him, thank dog), so is Aina (who is not a CB anyway, he is plays as a RB and a MFer and I wish we had NOT tucked in a buy option (Torino is exercising it) as he and James could be the RB's and Azpi can slide over to CB) Jake Clarke-Salter is a CB, but Tomori is better Trevoh Chalobah is a pure DMF (every minute there this season) not a CB at all Zappacosta surely must be sold I am going to LOSE MY MIND if we keep him and do NOT elevate Reece to the first team, I will just explode in rage Also toss in Mario Pašalić as a first teamer, he is better than Kovacic anyway IMHO, Mario was superb at Atalanta this year (7 goals, 7 assists in only a half seasons worth of minutes) Is big (almost 1.90m) fast, technically gifted Musonda is problematic, huge talent, little to no drive, very very immature. If he had Moses's motor and mindset (especially when Mo was a Conte wingback), he would be a star -

The transfer window will open on Thursday, May 16. However, international transfers will not be possible until the FIFA international window opens on June 9, although for contractual reasons many deals will not be technically completed until July 1 or later. The transfer window will then close at 5 p.m. BST on Thursday, Aug. 8 -- with the new Premier League season scheduled to begin on the weekend of Saturday, Aug. 10. No club will be able to buy or loan a player after Aug. 8 -- but they will be able to sign up players who are free agents. -

Their time in the barrel will come. Same for PSG. Patience is the order of the day. The wheels of justice are abrasive and grind slowly at times. -
I am basing it off of the medium to long term event horizon. Spuds are by far the most precariously-perched big 6 team. Anything that helps hasten their fall is a good thing in my book. Getting Poch out (which I think will happen IF he did win the CL, as, like I have previously stated, it is all downhill from there due to a cheap as fuck owner, (just look at the salaries of those top players, they are a joke, plus NO transfers the past two windows, and the probable loss of Eriksen (RM), Trippier (Napoli) and maybe two of their top 3 CB's) is a good thing to me.

The Official FIFA Statement https://www.fifa.com/about-fifa/who-we-are/news/fifa-appeal-committee-passes-decision-on-appeal-lodged-by-chelsea-fc The FIFA Appeal Committee has decided to partially uphold the appeal lodged by Chelsea FC against the decision of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee to sanction the club with a ban on registering new players at both national and international level for the next two complete and consecutive registration periods. This ban applied to the club as a whole – with the exception of the women’s and futsal teams – and did not prevent the release of players. With respect to all men’s teams, the ban on registering new players, both nationally and internationally for two registration periods, has been confirmed by the FIFA Appeal Committee, with the following exception: The FIFA Appeal Committee believes that Chelsea’s wrongdoing consisted in not respecting the prohibition from internationally transferring or registering for the first time foreign minor players. In the committee´s opinion, imposing a ban on registering each and every minor would not be proportionate to the offence committed. Consequently, the FIFA Appeal Committee decided that, as far as youth categories are concerned, the ban shall not cover the registration of minor players under the age of 16 who do not fall under the scope of art. 19 of the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, which refers to international transfers and first registrations of foreign minor players. Additionally, the FIFA Appeal Committee confirmed the fine of CHF 600,000. The decision issued by the FIFA Appeal Committee was notified today. -

BAN APPEAL FAILS, GOOD NEWS OR BAD NEWS FOR CHELSEA? https://chelsea.vitalfootball.co.uk/ban-appeal-fails-good-news-or-bad-news-for-chelsea/ As we expected, FIFA cocked a deaf-ear to our appeal relating to the recently imposed two-window transfer ban. Unless Chelsea can take the appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and reverse the ban, it’ll not be until this time next year that Chelsea can become active in the transfer market again. However, those with ice-cold hearts at FIFA did allow Chelsea one small concession, the club are able to sign under-16 players during the ban but only those from the UK. But is the ban the end of the world or a blessing in disguise? You can argue for both cases! There’ll be no big-name signing, apart from the previously signed Christian Pulisic, during this period but it gives those players who are out on loan and those coming through the ranks to make their name. The side have shown this season they have the capability to have a good season and if the club can use the ban to develop that bond that makes top teams so special, I’m hopeful that the likes of Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount and Reece James can prove that, given the chance, the youth system can be as productive as we all hoped. But, and it’s a big but, could our plans for next season be scuppered if we allow Eden Hazard to jump ship? snip -

do not hold your breath I expect CAS to reject the deferral as well I have consistently called this out well in advance, for over a year I am not going to change my predictions now when Barca and RM got freezes, the laws were brand new now they are not that was said by FIFA when they first upheld the bans, now they have said the same again, and CAS will more than likely agree in fact, my huge worry is that due to NEW allegations (see below) the length of the bans may be increased, not shortened (CAS has a history of increasing punishments, although that will NOT happen on the deferral appeal, but could happen down the road if we go back to them again over the bans directly) that will be DISASTROUS Hide-and-Seek How British Football Clubs Secretly Signed Youth Talent It appears that football club FC Chelsea secretly signed underage players. The development could also have direct consequences for FC Bayern Munich's recruiting efforts in Germany. https://www.spiegel.de/international/europe/football-leaks-how-british-football-signed-youth-talent-a-1262635.html -
He is perfect for us. Same for José Giménez. Fucking bans, grrrrrr.

IF Spuds win the CL Poch will surely leave (he knows it is only downhill from here, they have ZERO chance to win the EPL, not with Shitty and the Dippers and the other 3) and the team will be even more quickly broken up and Victimpool will spend even more than they would have in the quest so it may be the first time in my 27 years on planet (other than a title race) where I MAY be going for Spuds (purely on long wave thinking) still unsure let us ALL hope Ajax win the trophy (THAT would be wonderful for world football)
