tbf this game Torres has more chance of a better performance as this time he wont be up against a solid parked bus or a solid deep lying back 3, if we can keep good possession and are able to feed Torres he will cause Arsenal problems.

Torres doesn't score goals people moan then when he does score the same people carry on moaning!

I would play Cech Ivanovic - Luiz - Terry - A.Cole Mikel - Ramires Mata - Oscar - Hazard Torres Arsenal have a very good midfield but in attack they are nothing special Podolski and Gervinho are both useless but when playing with confidence like they have been they can be a threat. Cazorla, Diaby and Arteta is a very strong midfield with good passers that is why i want Ramires in there ahead of Lamps as Arsenal with have alot of movement in midfield and Ramires is far more mobile than Lamps. Then i would also play all three of Oscar, Mata and Hazard, with Oscar dropping deep at times to make sure Arteta doesn't get time on the ball. I think it will be a draw but as Atkinson is ref i have a feeling we could knick this with a Hazard Penalty. Arsenal 1-2 Chelsea

yes i agree Rami is not a great winger, i just hope he continues playing well in the DP with Mikel because he looked good their against Stoke.

Rami done a great job on the left against Barca at the Bridge, where he kept Alves quiet and set up Drogba's goal with a great run down the left.

Torres done pretty well today, playing against Stokes parked Double Decker bus is never easy, but he created some really good chances, some of his passing was superb today, everyone will say Strikers are supposed to score and not set up chances but at least he contributed today by creating some good openings for his team-mates, yes he should have scored but at least he doesn't go and try to hide when he misses a chance he still kept showing for the ball and linked up well with his team-mates in limited amount of space. Fair play to him.

I wouldn't go that far. He isn't getting a look in because he isnt as good as Mikel and RDM loves Lampard and will always pick him ahead of Romeu unfortunately.

I agree! I hate the way people fear so many teams on here! We are good enough to give Juventus and any other team a beating, yes they are a quality team but so are Valencia, Napoli, Benfica, Man City and Barcelona and look what we done to them last season at the Bridge! We have more than enough quality to win the game and win the group. I think it will be 2-0 Chelsea, Torres and Mata getting the goals!

if you think Torres has never had a good game for us then you clearly have never seen him play very often!

he was just frustrated with the ref for not giving him any freekicks when he felt he had been fouled and the fact he knew he hadn't played well, it was just pure frustration nothing more.

I would be more than happy with us signing any one of these guys on deadline day - Schurrle Fellaini Lewandowski Jovetic Remy Llorente and of course the dream signing Falcao!!! but that has no chance of happening!

because they are the two marmite players in the team, people either loves them or hates them! some people think they are both crap others think they are both quality so its bound to be a big talking point for a while.

yeah bench Torres! he just scored last game and has a chance to build on that so lets bench him so he has to start from square one again! yeah makes perfect sense. So what do you prefer your striker to play well and not score? or your striker to not play particularly well and score? The amount of games last season where RVP never played well but still managed to score was ridiculous! if Torres can do that more often then i will be very happy.

That is a sign of a good striker! last season Torres had alot of games where he played well but couldn't score, i will be happy if Torres doesn't play particularly well all season if it means that he scores every game! and just for the record Torres hasn't been anywhere near extremely poor so far this season he has looked decent atm and with the players behind him i am starting to feel that Torres can score whenever he steps on the pitch, with the players around him he will always get chances and i can see him scoring plenty of goals this season.
