Its really hard to know just what is best for him and ultimately us to do with him. We have been in this situation many times with supposed up and coming stars and they seem to fall by the wayside at no matter what team they are at. And I really don't understand why. The only thing I come up with is our academy lads alot have been together since children so they grow up knowing each others moves as well as their own. So AS A TEAM they can wipe the floor with opposition and often do so. So when its time for them to go out on the road they often get lost out of their comfort zone. And it would take awhile for them to get that feeling back again. We gotta remember theyre kept in bubbles with us and have a family kinda atmosphere. So MAYBE cherry picking the best handful and playing them together in certain games MIGHT be better than regular weekly games. Or then again its more probably down to the individual. I really dunno. But I dont really agree with that statement. Why would anyone complain if the player we brought in was a great player that would do the club good? I know if I wa a prima donna like Eden I wouldn't give a toss as I was still getting my £300k a week. And to be blunt and cold I'd be pissed off if they did complain.

Who is our choices for a Moses/LWB upgrade.He never seems to get the complete skillset right. Hes either good in offence running straight ar defenders (but still lacking a decrnt cross) or he plays a good game defender wise. He should have all what he needs but just doesn't quite pull it together.

From what Ive read he was a Conte want in the summer and still regular links with us n gooners, Kijs ti have some skills but seems he cant pass or cross. Really not sure cause we need upgrades to start now.

Never a truer word! Our problem is that we dont have an identity (style) now. We have had such alot of managers that all change the team to their style instead of us having a style we already have implemented and to then hire a manager that fits the bill!! Unfortunately that will only happen when we have a manager who is trusted by Roman who thinks 'I like his style and want us to play that way' so he can then buy,sell players and knows he has the same vision as the owner. Thats all well n good but Roman EXPECTS!!!I And if he doesn't get then we wont see that managers arse for dust! As we know!!!

Agree with everything you said and I.ve made a good living from being a salesman so good luck with the beams. More into magic mushrooms myself I lnow what you mean about Eden and WHEN hes on form he just makes yer jaw drop. But it was a fantasy deal and thoufgt that money COULD help set the team up for years to come. Ever since Lamps put on that dodgy color shirt I realzed the majority of players see the club as just another big company and its only us with real love for the club. So thinking with my big head I sold him to help out in the long run. Dybala of course will be a nono but the rest are all crackers and ones we need. IF we was a Everton,WetSpam,Leicester type of mid table club with no real strong chance of winning the league etc e could afford to take a couple of seasons to create a side that worked together but we know Roman wont stand for that. He sacked Ancelottie with the 3rd highest win % in the PL ffs! Ireally didn't get that.

Hes def best in a 3 up front.Last season the front 3 were free to swap,change,roam all over,wherever they could be most use. Now cause hes not a striker and his GPS is in the shop hes lost and not much use to nobody MOST of the time. Of curse he has amazing games - but then so did Oscar,Schurrle,Square,Willi,Pedro. Dunno WTF was wrong with him today but the lad just didn;t have any enthusiasm. I know he needs support (and we need creative players to give it to him) but Ive always thought a great player should be able to turn on and change a game.

LOL OK ya got me. Thats the problem about blinkin texts you cant read sarcasm. But if I could wave a magic wand for a couple of wishes my 1st would be to be in charge of the transfers for 1 window. I wouldnt go off the head bonkers but I'd probably upset a few peeps. But my 2nd wish would be for some dangley protectors. My transfers would go - I'd sell Eden,Willi,Pedro,Baks,Bats,Cahill,Rudi and try to get as many out of Arthur,Bailey,Mahrez/Fekir,Sessegnon/Telles,Lemar,Isco/Dybala,Vidal. We would have an amazingly young,truly talented team who we could hopefully keep together many years with a good mix of experience. Yep!! I'm a dreamer! But it would give us all a tingle in yer pants male and female!!
