I love that we are being linked with some top CMs Kovacic - Jorginho - Seri - Golovin - James and I would kill for us 2 sign any 2 of them. But I'm concerned about no real links to our top 3 lads With Eden more than likely off to one of the Spanish couple. Willi either to Manure or wherever and our general need for a red hot striker. We are going to be in a right pickle. There was those stories of some swapsies with RM and Asensio which I ike as its pointless sitting with £150mill and no one to buy. We had unsupported links with Bailey,Martial/Malcolm/Martens and one of those would come in handy And rumours about Lewa/Higuain/Icardi have all dried up.

What we need to look at is a swap deal

IF he does end up being wanted by them we have to make sure we get a really good swap and bot someone tthey just want to push on to us

You jusr keep thinking like that. We all have our dreams and ambitions for this Blue world of ours. Just a shame we dont have some magic wand or even a fast moving board would help.

i'm the same. But I also felt the same way about Mou at the begining of both his visits with us. i loved the passion he showed. The continual rubbing our badge into peoples faces. Taking people on that wanted to slag us off. Fighting managers and media. Contes passion fell off because he felt cheared in different ways by different people. Mou just took it too far and imploded. His trying to makr it an us against the world just wasn't right and he ended up fighting everyone around him. From all I gave read about Sarri is he doesn't let emotions rule him. He doesn't get too excited after a big win and he doesn'y get too down over a big loss. I normally love to have passionate people around me that you see all their emotions good and bad so it will be different seeing how Sarri handles himself.

Had high hopes for him with us but we just used him in the wrong position.Hes a winger straight up. But had a great season last year. Lets hope this isn't another Salah! I hope we have sold him to Rafa with some sort of buyback clause cause I think hes got it in him to be very good.

Course I agree. But as you say when we have lost managers we have had a side at the time which were very good a short wile earlier and had just lost our way thru confidence or various other reasons. So the team was in place. Its always difficult when we lose a major player but we have done so many times and we find ways to get over it, But as you say we have suffered in the short term I dont like losing our key players but also dont like losing managers that have done good work with us neither. I just find it a shame that the balance can't stay the same and personalities,egos,characters have to clash and fuck things up.

Exposure that nobody in our Blue world gives a toss about right now. Its great the business men and woman on our board are concerned and putting their time into making these endorsements, various sponsors,advertising etc But it would be real nice if there was actually someone on it who knew a bit about football and what was necessary right now. If for nothing more than general morale.

Next headlines will be Shitty have signed Pjanic and ADL will say no 1 minute to end of Deadline Day over us not paying an extra £1mill

Whether its a road of rorrox or not but at the moment we are currently linked with 4 very good CMs,Seri/Golovin/Jorginho and Kovacic. Any 2 of those alongside N'Golo would give me a party in my pants. What worries me are the links of various to our wee baldy man, Are we actually looking at all these guys BECAUSE of that fact or purely to improve our didfield?

In what way do you think that? IF a manager puts a gelled happy team together then they dont have to be big individuals Thats down to the manager. But if Eden or any other player has one of his days where he goes missing and is all grumpy then we should just be able to stick someone else in and carry on. No team should be reliant on any one player. A player might be of great use to a team but the manager is the one with the foresight to put that team together shirley? And at the end of the day hes the one that gets the blame if the team dont perform well. Not the player.

I dont think for a moment that Sarri is going to have some magic wand and 'just like that; we will be all conquering but what I do hope is he just gives us a different way to play.. When Conte came after those 1st few games that he was still seeing what he had to work with we started paying some absolurly cracking football that I for one loved watching. yjem for various reasons that all concerned played their parts it went tits up. But now hopefully we might just have a chance to start playing some exciting football again Its not gonna happen overnight and theres not a chance of us even competing let alone play exciting football with our current squad. But if we do manage to buy a few who van at least show our powers that be what we could achieve then just maybe it might get us turning a corner on how we do business iin the future. Or I could just be feeling optimistic because I've got bloodshot eyes and drank far too much Jim Beam. I do hope tho that we get some good news today.

With RM APPARENTLY saying they are only looking at him IF the move for Neymar fails with Ronaldo looking like hes off to Juve I hope the Neymar move fails cause there would be floods of tears and screaming tantrums if he buggered off to Shitty wouldn't there? Even if it meant taking £20mill less i'd rather see him in Spain with old Happy face in tow. I just hope the club try to get a good swap for him.
