No, Alex has always been slow. never looking to take the initiative of bringing the ball forward. Its either pass to JT or Cech. hence putting more pressure on our defence. Just rewatch all the games he has played.

You see thats the problem, Frank will never be on form again. its been months since his injuries, but we keep on supposing that he will turn good once again. IMO, we shall NEVER have the old Frankie again. he might have 2 superb games, but overall, its over for him. I just hope am wrong.

In as much as I hate to say it, the problem in our team is Lampard and Alex. The qualities of Lampard are far from allowing him play the 1-2 footbal. he always wants to take more than 3 touches. He is the one to make those vertical passes, but instead, he looks back to pass the ball to Mikel, who in turn looks for a diagonal pass. the winger we have is nowhere near controlling that diagonal pass from Mikel. IMO, if you replace our midfield with the Swansea one, you will have a very good team. and offcourse replace Alex and Kalou with Iva and Sturridge respectively.

Indeed, he plays in the whole too. he can offer that deadly through pass a la Ozil or the loop balls a la Di Maria

Obi offers something that Frank doesnt. protecting the back four. the defensive side to his game is so poor. However, what Frank offers to the team, Josh or Modric can. IMO

I'd go with 442 that can be transformed to 433 without making substitutions. If there is a need for 433, Mata occupies the left wing, while studge takes the right wing. midfield of Josh/Ramires, Modric and Mikel.

HI Henrique, its been a while havent seen you around. I think bringing ON Ivanovic brought some much needed urgency to the game than whn Alex is playing. He is a solid defender but sometimes he's just too slow. I was reading somewhere that according to AVB, there should be a defender that has to take the initiative to bring the ball out of the defence and move it to the mid. Alex rarely did that. he either passed it to Terry or the Hilario. You can see Iva's ball to DD. Anyway thats just my thought.

Atleast it shows that the club is trying to sign two players. incase modders doesnt come, there will be a plan B. Unfortunately its taking centuries.
