The Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws says it is certain now that Hazard will play his last (EPL) home game on Stamford Bridge today. Hazard has a deal with Real Madrid and Chelsea grants him his transfer for the right amount, and both clubs are getting closer to a deal. He and his family will walk around the field after the game to thank the fans for the wonderful time at Chelsea.
