I mean if reports are true that Sarri really pushing for the job im sure he thinks he can work the magic with most of our squad. I dont think he expect Chelsea to bring him a new team along with him. The difference between Sarri and Pep (What i have been reading from Napoli fans) is that Pep buy specific players for his team and tactics while Sarri coaches his players to fit his team and tactics.
