  1. Because you're not only giving yourself plaudits (which no one gives a flying fuck about), you're rubbing it in to fellow posters who have valid and justifiable opinions on team selections. It goes to show your insecurities when you have to come onto a forum after a 3 - 0 win and brag like the daft cunt that you are. And now you've embarrassed us both and derailed the whole forum with the 'I told you so' bullshit. Go play in your slums you monkey.
  2. What words you imbecile? When did I say DD shouldn't of started? I will ask politely one more time, quote me. How's the irony of you calling me a keyboard manager when I have said nothing critical in regards to team selections, and you're the one coming on here having a crack at other people for voicing their opinion. Do everyone a favour and fuck off you twat.
  3. Lol don't backtrack now. You quoted me and said I was one of the people who called Jose a moron. Hurry up and quote me or stfu. Anyway, we don't need cowards with their almighty hindsight rubbing it in to fellow posters who said Remy should've started. If Remy played all 90 minutes he could've easily been MOTM. Enough said. Hazard was MOTM for me. His pressure to score the early goal when the game was in the balance was exceptional. Was a nightmare to defend against. Drogba was also fantastic. I thought Willian was solid in the second half and a special mention to Remy for his cameo. Everyone else was good without being great. Did what we had to do and it was a wonderful team performance. Also thought Zouma looked comfortable when he replaced Cahill in the second half.
  4. Didn't realise he played on the RW. I think he should be our number one target now that Reus is gone. Absolute jet.
  5. Would only want Messi if he was extremely cheap. I worry what would happen to the team's chemistry if a name like Messi came on board.
  6. I reckon we would be a better side with Luis and Azpi as our full backs
  7. Loved seeing Drogba get around the lads on the bench and include them into the celebrations. He oozes class and would be an amazing character to have around at the club.
  8. Few rumours floating about that we and City are interested. I think he will go to City, as well as Simeone. That would be rather unfortunate, because he's an absolute jet and would be great in our midfield for the big games.
  9. Uhh yeah and do you think we're not going to be conservative if we play against the likes of Madrid and Bayern Munich? If Oscar gets injured... ----Rambo-Matic Willian-Fabregas-Hazard ---------Costa If Willian gets injured... ----Matic-Fabregas Ramires-Oscar-Hazard ----------Costa Or... Ramires-Matic-Fabregas --Oscar--Costa--Hazard If Hazard gets injured... Ramires-Matic-Fabregas Willian-Costa-Oscar You actually think we're dependent on Andre Schurrle for a CL challenge lol. Wake up to yourself. Oh yeah, we also have Remy (a more than capable striker who filled an attacking midfielder role a couple of times last season @ Newcastle) and Salah (scored twice against us in CL including a goal at Stamford Bridge against arguably the best defence in the league). And I bet if Schurrle stays with us he will barely get game time against the likes of Barcelona and Madrid.
  10. They don't call him the 'Egyptian Messi' for nothing!
  11. You're making the unrealistic assumption that Willian is going to be injured for Champions League which is pretty ridiculous considering how durable and fit Willian is. Another thing is usually in big games against stronger opposition we play three at the front (Oscar, Costa and Hazard) and Ramires goes into the midfield with Willian and Schurrle both used as subs. Not only that against Liverpool Ramires started as the attacking midfielder and he is more than capable of playing in that position.
  12. If I recall correctly Arsenal were 9 points above City this time last year. This season is far from over. Write off Manchester City at your own peril. They still have arguably the best squad in the Premier League, we're just more balanced, more in form and better managed. Not only that they bullied us at Etihad and were quite clearly the better side. We couldn't retain possession and our 'world-class' players couldn't handle their presence and physicality. They are a formiddable outfit on paper and there was a stage last season where no one could get within four goals of them for a period of about 6 weeks. They were dubbed as the strongest Premier League side in history by TalkSport and the competition was becoming 'unfair' because of their utter domination. A week later we went to Etihad and knocked them off and it derailed their season somewhat. All it will take is for us to lose an easy game or draw a couple and they're right back in it. Two bad weeks of football could make the start of our season a distant memory. There is still a long way to go until we've bagged this title. Also the signing of Reus will not make us invincible. It will assist us in the premiership and furthermore Europe, but it will no way in hell create a gap similar to the Bundesliga or Ligue 1. Manchester United will spend another 150 million quid next transfer window and will keep buying world class players until their title window opens up again. They can afford to do that and FIFA will want them to become successful again because they simply generate the highest revenue in the Premier League when they're up. Manchester City already have a strong squad and are by no means short on cash. They can afford to tweak their squad over the summer as well and will be up there yet again. Arsenal have shown the past two years they have the power and money to draw in elite players and with a bit of luck with injuries they will challenge on all fronts. I don't rate Liverpool that highly at the moment but their young players are undeniably talented and if they all stick together who knows what shit they could pull out of their ass. On top of that they have a proud history and that in itself will attract world class players. Then there is Everton, Tottenham and Southampton who are always going to be there abouts - bridging the gap between the strongest clubs and the not so strong. The Premier League is a solid system. The amount of history and money in the biggest five clubs will ensure that no one club can break away from the rest, not for a substantial amount of time anyway. Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich will ensure that if one club gets too strong it will lose some of their players eventually. It's the circle of life in football. We need to grab Reus while we can and run away with it because we are not as far ahead as you may think.
  13. I reckon Costa should be our go to man. When he was firing Chelsea were firing. Costa brace with Eden goal would be delicious. A lot worse have scored against Courtois this season. Those clean sheets have become a rarity.
  14. I hate saying this but I think we're gone. They will want blood after we humiliated them in front of the world last season. Out of form players always fire up against us as well so expect Gerrard and Henderson to have blinders. Liverpool 3 Skrtel 3', Sterling 15', Lallana 42' Chelsea 1 Costa 80' I would give my left nut to beat these c****s this weekend but I can't see it happening in the form we've been in.
  15. So you think one of them will get dropped this weekend for the Liverpool match? You're deluded. Rami will come in for Willian. Oscar will not be dropped. He's in the form of his life.
  16. Oscar and Cesc played against Arsenal and were both the best two players on the pitch. Willian is nowhere near Oscar's level currently. Oscar another MOTM on the weekend with a brilliant goal...
  17. Oscar the weak link? Oscar has been MOTM (or very close to) three out of the past five PL games and is finding some great form. I feel his form will only get better as the season progesses and the more he works with Fabregas. My only problem with Oscar is he has been lacking that creativity that Mata gave us in the final third, but it's pretty clear Mourinho wants him to work on his defensive game before he pushes forward and starts kicking screamers. Not only that Oscar is 23 whereas Willian is is 26. Oscar has a much higher ceiling and in three years time he will be double the player Willian is now.
