I cried when i did a football game on the games in the arcade and got to £270, then chose score to double my money, was double or quits, GK saved it. Saw £270 just drain away. Instead of having £540, i got nothing My luck has been quite atrocious really, at least 10 times i've got 1 wrong that's cost me thousands. Even in the lottery my family got 5 and the bonus and only got £5,000 (had to divide it by 10 as it was a syndicate but was 50k) instead of which is usually 6 figures. Destined for failure

my latest bet see's me having 13/14 one wrong again so far, £5.000 bet. i could jump of a bridge right now if i was near one. My biggest bet win is £2090, got the money paid to me in cash from WH, i was in heaven (till i gambled it away)
-
is that like a 20p bet lol? i've got all those too and i'll be very closae to 5,000 if they all come through. I nearly won £85 on a 14p bet a few months back

i think its a genuine bid and it's a bid to win us the Champions League. Atletico weren't in the UCL so those players wont be cup tied. The premiership is over after man utd, being the fuckers they are yesterday and coming back from the dead to win. 10 points = too much. I hope this is a genuine bid and even if it gets turned down, at least we know Roman is ready to spend big again, well it's about time. How a team like Atletico can turn down €60 is beyond me tho, its hardly like they are getting anywhere with their current squad.
-
lol man utd's annoying comeback won me £30

that is nasty, plain nasty. Yeah that's defo one of the worst you'll ever see.
-
Fuck me, he's always been a cunt tho, dirty prick. Similar to Karl Henry against Wigan (cant find the clip though) And this is how you're supposed to do it
-
John Terry was brilliant yesterday, he's having his best season for us for years. Although we won 4-0, they still scored 0 and he's a huge reason for that.
-
Maybe Essien is struggling a bit for form but when he's back to his best, he's one of the best midfielders in the league, no way can you leave him out. I'm not a big fan of Mikel because he's lazy and slow and half asleep so much of the time and always gives the ball away or gets caught in possession (apart from that, he's alright), when he went off yesterday, Ramires scored the goal and we looked a much better team. We were passing better, attacking better and the movement was much better. Although we scored 4, we didn't really play that well upto 3-0 but Bolton were awful, their defending and GK just had a shocker. In the final 20 minutes, we were a lot more fluent. Essien - Defensive role, strong, not half asleep Lampard - Attacking, passer, makes things happen. Ramires - Box to Box, full of energy. Wants the ball, wants to defend, wants to score McEachran is nearly ready. Good on the ball, makes things happen, good passer. That's just my opinion.

My Latest Couple. Few dodgy games in there, can see Blackpool winning because of my luck and maybe Birmingham and the old firm struggling too. Lets hope

I was telling everyone about it yesterday lol. It is gutting to be so close, if i got 5 wrong i wouldn't care but it does happen. I put a bet on straight after to get £70 and this is what happened: I did this bet on sunday

"Kalou is in the squad ahead of you again, young Joshua"

I don't know this guy but for that money, he better be fucking worth it. I think it's stupid money to be paying for a defender when we're desperately needing a genuine playmaker and a winger a lot more in my opinion. Our problem this season has been scoring goals and creating chances. I suppose that mean's he's planning on giving Kakuta, McEachran and Sturridge more time soon and making them genuine squad players next season. If that's the case, i'm well up for it. Looks likely tbh. We have undoubted talent at the bridge.
-
This guy has a genuine future and undoubted class. He's gonna be a genius in years to come, so happy on the ball, great passing, vision and comfort. He's the type of player we've been dying for for years (as a CM) and he's already with us. Please carlo, please keep Josh McEachran and play him more. I'm genuinely happy to see him come on the pitch.
-
He is a genuine box to box midfielder and he does have an eye for goal. That wont be his last goal for us this season for sure. I'm just not sure you can play him AND Obi.
-
That's fucking gutting, i know how that feels now because of Seamus Coleman missing an open goal at 1-1 with 6 minutes left but £7592 is a hell of a lot. Maybe West Ham woulda equalised like that. And yeah Steve i was pretty fucked off lol specially as i have faith in Chelsea at the reebok and look, won 4-0 again there. Everton did officially cost me at least £3000. If you notice tho, most of those matches are odds on, it's a good way to do it Just go to daily matches and scan all the odds on's and you could get lucky. If Man Utd beat Blackpool 2moz i'll win £27, my last few stakes lol. i always try n get my money back after a loss

I had a huge feeling that Ramires would score the next goal once Mikel went off. He's such a good player when he knows 100% what his role is and he needs Mikel to stay well away. I hate the midfield trio of Essien, Mikel and Ramires, but Essien, Lampard/McEachran and Ramires works imo. A bit of difference there and more creativity. Ramires is good, i like him. Not sure about his cost but he's still young and learning and his last few games have been very good.

Josh McEachran is absolute quality, so comfortable on the ball. He'll be a Chelsea legend one day that boy and he's in a different league to Wilshire. Jack Rodwell brilliant too, he should play every week for Everton. Forget McEachran having a point to prove because he's only just started, but he's different class already and he will continue to be. He's ready for more football, not lots but at least more appearances . He's that playmaking forward like player we need and he's right here!

For me, winning the Champions League, then the world club championship would complete the journey. We went from mid table to top 6, then top 3, top 2, champions. Now we need to win the big one to be known as the best team in europe then the other one to be the best in the world then whatever happens from there, happens. Di Matteo's goal was in 97 u croatian bitch Proudest moment so far....not sure really, theres been so many. I'm always proud of this team, every season is completely different. I was proud when we beat Arsenal 4-1 at the emirates just 4 days after the heartbreak of Iniesta's late equaliser and also the 1-1 at the emirates in 2007 when we had just realised the premiership wasn't coming home, brilliant reaction tho, brought a tear to my eye. Of course the FA Cup 97 will have a special place in my heart too, at 10 years old in Brighton watching with lots of my family in the pub. The first trophy of this generation. Then the few we won after that between 97-99, just a joy to be apart of.

Yeah that was very Mutu like, very good technical ability and composed. Bright future for this guy.

The Boca Juniors - River Plate rivalry is intense. Forget West Ham - Millwall... this is the real shit.

Well as football fans, i'm sure a lot of you have the odd flutter from time to time or even a lot more. How often do you bet and what do you bet on and if you bet on football, what types of bet do you do? I do accumulators on my William Hill online account every weekend, i do as many 'bankers' or close to 'banker' games as i can to try and get money big. I used to always do coupons from the shop but they were too hard to get proper money so i changed to this tactic and although i've not had much success yet, i've got bloody close. This was my most painful one which happened to be yesterday. This just leaves Chelsea at the reebok. All i may get wrong is the Everton game at home to West Ham which really should be a home win against the team bottom of the league and being awful away from home. Everton is always a tough place to go too and with around 8 minutes to go, with the scores at 1-1, Seamus Coleman missed an open goal which would've probably won the game and bagged me around £3,600, GUTTED! but in this betting game you have to control you emotions *kicks cat through the window* My best time was when i did a coupon in WH for the 2006 world cup. 9 homes. I decided to be a man and really go for it so i put a £200 stake on it and handed it in. The matches were on different days so i was ticking them off day by day and on Friday night i had 8/8 and needed to wait til 7:45 to watch Brazil vs Croatia, i had Brazil to win. Kaka scored a wonderful goal and i won £2090 and was buzzing. Anyone wanna share ups and downs and whatever, just pop in here and tell us your stuff and what you're betting on. Be good if you could sticky this topic so it can be used throughout.

Everyone we get linked to is press bullshit. How many players in this whole transfer section have we actually gone on to buy. Probably none..
