  1. I know you don't like Andre, but that wasn't the easiest of chances and he made a good run. Give him credit.A defenders job is also to defend and Brana was nowhere to be found. Andre is not totally at fault.
  2. Messi is better on the ball, better team player, and has a better scoring record.
  3. Messi is the greatest dribbler of all time. He is an amazing finisher and creates boatloads of chances (most across Europe so far this season). There is a reason Messi gets more praise than Ronaldo.
  4. Costa is decent in the air. Possibly, but how often has Mourinho played Iva as a CB? I don't think he'll do it. Only change would be in the FB positions, unless there is an injury.
  5. So do players. You don't KNOW any of this, this your crazy theories and speculation. Is he supposed to alienate himself from everyone and everything?
  6. "But he doesn't have an affinity with the club. He doesn't love Chelsea. Those tears are fake."
  7. Frank doesn't owe the club ANYTHING. And vice versa. You don't know what he knew, so you can't say that. Frank didn't sign up to be "an ambassador" and "personification of Chelsea" he wanted trophies and to play football. He loved the fans and we loved him. Now you want to forget all of that? You have your opinion, and I'm sure there are plenty of Chelsea fans who feel the same, I'm just not one of them.
  8. Top professional means he did his job. Regardless of illness, disgreement with club officials, or any other sort of thing. He did what he had to do for City. Does it hurt? Of course, but one goal doesn't change the 211 he put in for us. What he gave to this club vs Bolton, Pool, Bayern, Barca, Napoli. He bled blue for 12 years, until we thought we didn't need him. Is he supposed to leave his family for over a year (Australia then NYC like some suggest he should have) to please us? Is he supposed to not play? I understand where you guys, Term X and The Flash, are coming from, but I don't think his legacy is harmed. He said a few times he knew the club was affiliated with City but he never thought he'd play for them. It's just the way things played out, they gave him the opportunity and he is a football player so of course he wants to compete. If we do what we have to, we should win the league. If we don't win the league cause of 2 points dropped in September, then we don't deserve to win. We didn't lose the league last year cause of draws at Trafford and Emirates. We didnt win the league cause of poor showings at Villa and Sunderland in April and May. Frank is a legend who captained us to Champions League glory and I for one won't forget that along with everything else he gave us. We love you, Super Frank.
  9. Goals are all that matter? Do you just forget how he made the pass before the pass? He still gets double and triple teamed, what is he supposed to do?
  10. In hindsight, Hazard was incredibly cheap. A bargain.
  11. I don't think anyone trains as hard as Ronaldo, but Messi certainly does more than just the "minimum". I'm a fan of both styles Messi is like our boy Hazard with better finishing and Ronaldo is just a tank with a wicked shot, pace, and athletic ability. Like them both equally.
  12. Even with the new attacking talents, he is still asked to carry the team. Doing a damn good job this year too.
  13. Then we have only 2 set piece threats, Cahill and Terry.
  14. Almost positive people aren't overly concerned about Frank and City outside of this forum. You make is seem like they are constantly worrying about it lol.
  15. We didn't keep possesion cause of Willian and Ramires' poor play. We were playing to counter, Schurrle or Oscar are more suited to launch counters. Willian has very poor vision.
