You might have a point in your assessment, but no one here is in a place to call someone "plastic" or not. Same mentality as those that say, if you haven't been to a game, you aren't a true fan.

I'm not disagreeing with your point and personally still ain't sold. However, he has plenty of opportunities to impress, none more so than the Euros (partly on home soil). He hasn't been able to cope mentally with the massive jump in a relatively short time. Guy's living like a student according to reports (gaming all night & turning up to things late or not at all).

Players are normally always available at Dortmund for a price. Just look at Dembele as the prime example. Sancho would command £125m+.

I don't think we have to sacrifice, providing the talent we have can step up and deliver on a regular basis. City & Liverpool won't be troubled by us for the most part but that's it. With the right balance, I believe Top 4 is more than achievable alongside the odd setback (hoping it won't be CL related).

I certainly wouldn't expect as many changes, but Lampard's doesn't seem like someone that's worried about winning first & foremost. That can be looked at in two ways. However, this season, I'm ok with it in domestic cups.

He certainly didn't disappoint. Surely it's only a matter of time till the inevitable happens.

I'd say Lampard's influence would be lauded more than anything else, if that were to happen. We would have seen Kante starting tonight under previous management.
