I see nothing more than a win here in all honesty! We may be concentrating on the Champions League, but a win here would be important to put pressure on the teams above us!

So happy we won tonight!! Though I must say, it was a very shaky end to the game in terms of our passing and decision making, but I ansolutely loved Meireles' strike! What a brilliant goal! I'll write up my latest vlog tomorrow because I'm so tired, and I just finished talking to Linda on Skype, so I'll get something posted up tomorrow so you guys can read it!

I've gotta watch this and talk to Linda on Skype at the same time.. talk about multitasking! Haha

I don't want Mourinho anymore! Give Di Matteo a payrise... he got the tactics spot on tonight! We frustrated the hell out of Benfica, didn't let them score, and what's even better, Torres assisted another goal! I'm a happy man! We can finish the job at the Bridge!

I wonder what reception Ramires and Luiz will get when they make the return! Hopefully a positive one

I agree with LDN Blue, I think a defeat in Lisbon would give us an incentive to perform with more gusto in the second leg, like what happened against Napoli.. the real problem, is that some of the players will be tired going into the domestic games and we would lose our touch in the chase for the Champions League places.. I honestly believe it's important to chase for a top 4 finish, even though it seems impossible because I truly believe that whether we get either Barcelona or Milan in the semi-finals, with our overall form, I think we will flunk against them! Though I truly hope Chelsea can prove me wrong!

Really looking forward to this game! David Luiz and Ramires should know how everything works around Lisbon, so they should do pretty well!!

Cahill has barely been here 5 minutes and he's already won me my appeal ... he is just simply brilliant! Mark my words, if we can hold on to Gazza for a couple more years, it will be like having a 26-year-old John Terry back in our side ... he plays so similar to him at times!
