Mourinho is not Benitez. With everything he's given our club in the past, I would say IT IS fair to judge him on slightly different standards and give him the benefit of the doubt more so than we gave the others. In my opinion, he's earned that.

Jesus Christ, just 1 week ago we were the best team in the PL and nobody could stop us. We have 2 bad games and all of a sudden the season is over, we have lost everything, we are heading to second division, we are the worst team in Europe and we're in another major crisis (even though there still isn't a single club in the PL that currently looks more dangerous than us). I swear 7 out of 10 people in this forum suffer from some kind of bipolar disorder. Next week we win a game 4-0 and we're the best team in the world again. Whatever...

Interestingly, when Mourinho is in trouble I have noticed he always turns to the players he normally trusts the least. At Real Madrid, whenever the team was risking a defeat that would put it in a bad position, he always brought on Kaka. Today he brought on Mata. The difference is that Kaka always seemed to deliver when he came on, he always increased the team's intensity. Something that Mata failed to do.
