November time and Chelsea stutter. I am starting to believe chelsea fear a mass of moustaches in the crowd. Jokes aside. Horrible performance, but form is temporary, class is permanent. We will beat Schalke in mid-week and confidence will be restored. I will say this though, I've thought for a long time that our best pivot is Mikel (I know people hate him) and Ramires and that Lamps shouldn't be used as much as he is. He's a legend yes, but current form dictates he shouldn't be playing as a regular. I think a central midfielder is a MUST for January, I am quite tired of the constant stream of overpriced strikers being linked. Gimme Khediera or Alonso and we will be stronger for it. Bring on mid week. WE WILL BOUNCE BACK!

Okay so, that was awesome. Bertrand man of the match for me, thought he was great throughout. Mata's goal was an absolute peach, delighted for my main man! In a word for this performance? Disciplined. It's amazing to have you back Jose, you've given our players an extra edge! Side note:Loved the Chelsea fans chanting 'you're just a **** Juan Mata' to Cazorla. Inspired!

Bertrand has been superb! So glad I put that tenner on Azpi being the first goalscorer.......SAID NO ONE EVER! Tidy finish Dave!

Big game tomorrow night! Hoping for a sneaky win here. I'd go with: Cech Azpi Cahill Terry Bertrand Ramires Lamps De Bruyne Oscar Schurrle Torres I'd like to see us take advantage of the Bundesliga experience we have in the squad with Schurrle (if fit to start) and De Bruyne (who should be ready to prove himself on the big stage). I picked Torres over Eto'o because I think we could do with his new found work ethic, making sure the defenders don't get too much peace. I also always think we look stronger with Cahill and JT especially away from home. Azpi comes in for a bit more attacking impetus on the right hand side. COME ON CHELSEA! Prediction: 1-0 Scorer: Oscar our Champions League hero!
