According to sources in Italy (Gazzetta I think I read) Blanc is steps away from confirmation. Literally the most dull and unexciting option. Fuck.

Without Sarri coming we are downgrading massively on what we already have. I genuinely think this could and should end with Conte staying. Willian can then fuck off to United. I don’t buy the Blanc rumours. Too well timed with negotiations taking an ice age for Sarri. More concerned we are fannying around with a manager so long all our targets will either sign a new deal or go elsewhere. I used to love when we were decisive and got deals done quickly. Like the first Roman season, that was fun times. Not asking for that many signings because we don’t need it but two or three sewn up will be nice. Oh and a manager.....a director of football....maybe a cleaning lady or two. Get it done chaps!
