  1. I CAN'T WAIT ANYMORE. COYB. UTC. :blue scalf: :cfc: :dude:
  2. You are terribly wrong there. You've fallen for the media. This is what Simeone told. It was reported by the very reliable radio Marca . When asked whether he is after Mata on a loan deal, this what he replied. "You [the media] are very wise. You know a lot of things, things that I don't know. "These last days [of the transfer window] are days with a lot of transfers and we expect them not to be players going out." He finds it hilarious that the media believe his club has a chance in getting a club's best midfielder on loan.
  3. Come on guys, are we actually falling for what the media says?
  4. He had a developmental role at the club, but all the systems were in palce. So he basically was getting paid for just making sure everything is right instead of creating something new. He wanted a new challenge , so he left.
  5. Had a good game - http://www.football-oranje.com/vitesse-1-0-twente-match-report/
  6. Yep, Athletico - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2401800/Mata-Atletico-Madrid-make-audacious-loan-offer-Chelseas-midfield-ace.html
  7. Jose doesn't usually prefer playing two strikers..
  8. After the work permit is accepted, yes !
  9. hope once again that doesn;t involve me. I wasn't one bit generalizing. Only aiming at those who apparently believe that Mourinho's lost it cause he's gone on to buy a player they don't seem to like. Nothing against the fans. I'm 110% sure, that everyone atleast in this forum is behind their club.
  10. You don't really have to say some people. I believe the forum has the tagging option . Once again, I never meant that. All I was on about is the fact that people question him, and all him stupid cause of signing a player that increases depth. Last year it was "THIN SQUAD, OMFG WE NEED TO SIGN PLAYERS" and now its " OMFG SO MANY PLAYERS' . Just to clear it, just like I had a misunderstanding with BluesMaster I don't mean you. Those shit signings came due to what the technical director does. Since Emenalo came in, we've never really had a bad one, unless you count Torres, but Roman had a direct effect on that. Managers just tell the kind of player they want, Technical Directors and statistic experts find such players. Read the book Soccernomics , they explain in detail .
  11. I didn't say you, but the one's who mentioned it did. I've never said that he can do absolutely no wrong. In that case nothing to argue about. cheers.
  12. Don't think Mourinho is god. you can't bring that up from anywhere. All I think is he's one of the greatest managers out there, and he has track record to prove it.
  13. Not really typical. When you walk into a lecture on planetary motion by Johannes Kepler, we don't question him and tell him its wrong. We ask doubts, tell him what you think about it, but don't tell him it's wrong. Think it in a footballing way now. makes sense tbh.
  14. exactly. we can question his intentions all day long, but there is one point we're missing. that point is the difference which will turn all our minds around.
  15. it is clearly getting out of hand. my opinion though. He isn't treated like a god, but he's the closest as one gets to many fans who suffered through-out those 50 years without winning a title. He doesn't get everything right, but he gets it close to right. Twitter's blasting branding Mourinho an instant failure cause he won't be able to handle so many players with their ego's in the locker room. It's an entirely different context of getting out of hand. Once or twice you do it, but ultimately trust in his decision cause people much smarter than us have spent days upon days working it out. It can all fail. there's no doubt about that. But there's a higher chance of it becoming a success.
  16. ^Perfect. Exactly what I was talking about.
  17. Agreed. Bring back the Robben and Duff days !
  18. A completely different generation. Nowadays there is very little to go wrong. Many of us question this transfer like they expect us to have problems in fighting for silverware. Back to back premierships, innit?
  19. I wouldn't say that. Many questioned the arrival of Drogba too. People had a problem with Damien Duff arriving as well . They all have theirs ups and lows. The questioning is going out of hand. For pete's sake, there are loads of analysts , back room staff and people including Mourinho working on the transfer targets. It's not anymore the way, Roman bought Sheva, or how he went on to get Torres. People go much more in detail. Obviously they must of thought of something when the question of where he would play arises. Its WC year. Everyone's fighting for places. Even though he went to Anzhi to cover himself with Russian moolah's, he wants to impress Scolari too.
  20. Mancini was more defensive in his tactics. But from the start, Pellegrini has his full-backs play 90% of the game in the opposition half. From Villarreal to Malaga and hopefully. otherwise I hunt him down and demand an answer for costing me points.
  21. Simple rule of never questioning Jose. It might not make sense to us, it most definitely makes sense for him.
  22. In the defenders section, he brought in the most points, think only behind Baines.
