  1. He'll win that trophy for sure, but Eden is a bit optimistic about his brother's chances at Chelsea I'm affraid. A loan to a mid table premier league team would be a good test next year.
  2. It'll be Leverkusen, not Dortmund, I think. I guess a PL sale will not be an option...
  3. Is there any chance he will not be granted a transfer if the money's good?
  4. Mirallas is right wing or striker. He's the most logical one to take over from Kevin.
  5. Another ten minutes! He's sure getting all those playing chances he was promised two weeks ago. Also, that picture is absolutely real. Stephan Vanfleteren, a well know Belgian photographer made pics like these of all Belgian internationals. For some kind of good cause is my guess. =^p
  6. Btw, I have absolutely no doubt about (national coach) Wilmots benching him if he's playing as little as he is now in May. There are options. Mirallas is having a very decent season, hazard can play on both flanks if needed, Dries Mertens or Nacer Chadli could cover the left wing and if that doesn't work you have the likes of Bakkali and other backup players who could step in. And that's even without the (small) possibility of Januzaj choosing to play for Belgium.
  7. His manager just said (in the Belgian press) Kevin wants to leave, and preferably with a transfer in stead of a loan...
  8. Well, stop calling him a poor man's Drogba then, if we have to wait for him to retire first. ;-)
  9. I don't think it has ever occured in modern football, that the striker contributing most to a possible title, wasn't even playing for the club. Say thanks for the two extra points, Jose!
  10. I think it's practically impossible to convince Mourinho to change his mind once he thinks you're not his main man. If he forces him to stay after January, he's an asshole. By now, looking at what's being said these last weeks, I'm not seeing Lukaku ever becoming a regular under Mourinho either.
  11. I'm just patiently waiting for all those PL minutes he was promised a week ago. I'm guessing 15 today if lucky.
  12. It's not because Messi and Pele (who was still playing in a time were most defenders were overweight bags of shit btw ) might be better, that he was overrated. Messi is certainly more productive, indeed. But Messi is playing in maybe the best club team since the invention of the game, and Maradona played most of his years at Napoli and in an at most mediocre Argentinian national team. He might have been a drug user, and he might have cheated, but in the same game he made one of the most iconic and brilliant goals in the history of football. If he's overrated, everyone is.
  13. Both Schurrle and KDB shouldn't be backup players. The first is a regular in der Mannschaft by now, they need to play.
  14. Don't forget Falcao was already 23 before he went to Europe and started scoring. And Portugal might be one of the easiest leagues to rack them up in, once you're playing for Porto or Benfica. Martinez was 25-26. Same story. Imagine Lukaku in 3 or 5 years.
  15. Ronaldinho was 25, Figo 28. There's still hope
  16. He has no problem scoring against big clubs though.
  17. Because the players choose the nominees (don't they?) and they go for names.
  18. Yes, I think Leverkusen or Wolfsburg would be the most likely suspects.
  19. Seriously, why would any club do that? They're not run by retards (most of the time).
  20. Well, I just divided the minutes by the goals... 327 divided by two is obviously not 109. Someone at UEFA should get a calculator.
