Generally you are right,a lot of people,especially on this forum identify player by the 'size of his name'. But I think it's not that problem with sigining Stephan,he is simply old,he played over 10 years in Serie A which is much weaker then BPM,plus he played for Juventus who had a full monopol over that league last few years.If you ask me,we can buy a player who is absolute stranger but is younger and more capable to adapt to our squad.

It's obvious that we have to get rid of some players not just because they are bad but to make some money for transfers which are required. Personnaly,I think Mikel,Oscar,Ivanovic,Remy and Pedro should be sold. Ivanovic and Oscar had a terrible seasons while we should look to sell Pedro and Mikel so we can get some money,plus I doubt they can give us something extra next season. Right back,Centre back and striker is a urgent thing.

Just like Hazard will never be goal scoring machine like Messi or Ronaldo, Lukaku will never reach that Drogba level.He is not the same type of player plus,like someone already said,Chelsea need quick and good technical striker behind Costa.
