Jamaal Lascelles

Started by the wes,

Newcastle United’s Jamaal Lascelles is the latest centre-back to figure on Chelsea’s pre-January transfer radar, according to The Sun.

Decent player but not Chelsea quality. Similar level to the likes of Michael Keane, an Everton or Leicester would be a good move for him.

From what little ive seen i get the opposite vive, he feels like another Andrew Robertson in terms of begging to make the step up.

In what few Newcastle matches I actually watched he did look pretty good but didn't really stand out as a player who should definitely be playing for a top club. Didn't strike me as a Kante or Mahrez type who you looked at for Leicester and said "yep, he could play for anyone."
