Wright-Phillips has finally settled into life at Chelsea following a troubled start at Stamford Bridge and has become more of a first-team regular this season. The winger's form has caught the attention of Liverpool, who are reported to be lining up a swap deal involving Spanish star Alonso, but a deal looks unlikely for one of several reasons. The Blues will want to keep hold of the winger for starters, while Liverpool are set to lose Momo Sissoko to Italian giants Juventus and will not want to lose Alonso as well.
