That's a problem with the delivery. Malouda/Zhirkov/Drogba aren't good at taking corners and we've missed Frank in that department.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. I just think there's no emphasis on scoring from corners now, which is a shame because of the height and power we have. Malouda used to take corners even before Lampard got injured so I don't think that's the problem

Hmm I don't remember the last time we scored from a Malouda corner(maybe Ivano vs Spartak at home) . IIRC last season we had a few goals from corners, the overwhelming majority of them from Lamps' delivery.

CA should sign Samba and threaten that players that keep underperforming will get their ass kicked by him.

Before buying a defender, we have to buy a right winger or whoever able to score a goal and create things......

Would be a Decent buy actually ... though not at the level of Chelsea but would surely be better than having Ferrara in the CB. He is a no nonsense old fashioned defender so it should be a decent buy in Jan plus playing in the League is an added bonus.

Samba is a great defender I think, gets on with the same, very solid, and probably a cheap buy as well! Not really a world class candidate however
