@, DDR2 RAM won't fit in a motherboard that has a DDR3 slot mate. You'll need to buy some super awesome DDR3.

:Goober:

It's people like you that think I'm stupid. I'll prove you.

@, buy some SDRAM for it. That stuff runs at like 133MHZ. That's some quick shit...

As I said I'm really naïve when it come to laptops and Macs. Would it be compatiable with the motherboard?

I'd prefer two 4GBs.

OK, but I asked what are you going to buy from Apple?

If you are already going to pay for the 8GB, there is no need to upgrade, 2X4GB is more than you will ever use (since this will be your secondary machine). However, if you are going to buy it with 4GB and upgrade yourself, you will need some advices...

Ok then...In a normal laptop this would be easy, but Apple complicates a bit (still simple though).

EDIT: He is using Corsair, dumb. They are Apple of RAM (good, but overpriced). :P

Thanks for the help everyone, you've no idea how much help you've been. I think I will get all this done tomorrow. I've found my RAM and SSD.

I'll post photos or something.

Tell us what you got!
