if you go to a proper steak house they will throw you out if you put anything other than a little pepper and salt on it.

I'm a redneck so my tastes are just that, redneck:

THAT my friends, is a Chopped pork plate (Barbeque plate is what we all call it) -- some hushpuppies & some barbeque cole slaw. Found this pick on the web, but it's from a local joint I go to a lot (or used to before I moved about 30 minutes away).

Heaven on a fucking plate.

Other than THAT, my favorite to make myself is:

- Fried chicken

- Collard greens

- Pinto beans

- Sweet potato
