When you're on your squad page, click the little downward pointing arrow below the name of the player you want to sub. On the subs bench, click the little upward pointing arrow, and voila!

Hey steve dont you think you should give the people the league code over personal mail because ive just went to the league thing and theres a guy called eric wilde whos joined and he doesnt look like a member of here and also looks to be a spammer on our league chatbox

hes joining the man city and liverpool forums

Also undesirable for some members hes a united fan
