Chelsea mascot Stamford the Lion has launched a scathing verbal tirade at Chipmunk.

The UK-based grime artist was recently quoted as saying he 'hates Chelsea' and made no effort to disguise his disdain towards the London club.

However, Stamford the Lion has responded via his Twitter page, labelling Chipmunk 'a fucking moron' who is 'as talented musically as Paul Scholes is at tackling.'

He also described the musician's fashion as 'God-awful' and BBC News understands the Chelsea mascot will make a public statement about the grime artist on Sunday before Chelsea's final game of the season against Wigan.
