The England left-back has been out since early February with a fractured ankle which threatened to dent his World Cup hopes.He appears to have made a full recovery, though, and will be in the squad to face Spurs at White Hart Lane.Cole will likely be among the substitutes in a bid to nurse him back in to his role with the Blues.The attacking full-back hasn't played any comeback matches yet and will not want to risk any further setbacks."Ashley has not played but he is very fit and trained all week with us," said Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti."He will be on the bench on Saturday."
