Ray. 217
I now have tickets for this Saturday and for Burnley (both home games). Didn't get tickets for Fulham (away), will try for Spurs as my next home game, however I'm also looking at possibly trying to get tickets for Stoke City and Wigan as they both seem to be a reasonable distance on the train from London. I think Stoke City is about an hour and half and Wigan is about 2 hours. Unless I completely dense, I can't see anything on either website about how far from the station the clubs are. I assuming that many of you have been to either or both of these clubs and will know how far they are from teh stations. What are they like compared to Stamford Bridge? Am I completely mad to want to get tickets for these games? Want to try and be a bit more adventurous.....He's mad I can hear you say!! BlueLion. 21,491
Stoke away was, for want of a better expression, fucking mega last year, and it's a day I'm sure you'd enjoy - infact I'll be there myself. Not sure how far away from the station it is, but its incredibly easy to get to by car or bus. Great stadium as well.
Ray. 217
OK thanks. It would be good to say hello on Saturday, i'm assuming you'll be there? I'll be in the West Stand Lower, north end.

Ray. 217
I've got something else on at 11, I'm aiming to be at Stamford Bridge just after 12. What about after the game, would that be any use? My exact seat details are Gate 7, Row 14, seat 181.
Milan 17,956
Well, if it was after the game, even myself would be there.
Ray. 217
Yes if you're happy to meet after the game that would suit me fine too. I have to say for someone who is learning English, you're doing very well. I can't even speak a word of Czech. How do you say hello in Czech? Milan 17,956
I have no problem with it. I'll be watching the Hull game from a pub probably and after that we may meet up. It would be better to meet more TC people though, as they'll be at the Bridge.Heh thanks . Hello in Czech? Ahoj . Even JT said ahoj when he had been in Prague . Ray. 217
OK, you name the pub, I haven't been in any around the Bridge. I'm working on getting my mugshot on to the Mugshot thread. I just need to sort out gettting a better phone with a camera. I'm going to have a look tomorrow during my lunch break.

OK thanks, that doesn't sound too bad. Will bear in mind Villa away. Not sure how far Villa is away from London, will have to have a look on National Rail enquiries.
