Chrome asking for login email

As per subject I gone back to Chrome from DuckDuckGo, but every time I try to logon it enters my username/password.

But it wont let me on without an email address, never had one from the onset, how can I get this sorted.

by the way i’ve had to go back to DDG to get on here.
