They look unstoppable.
The premiership of 1922-23 is over.
'pool also have been doing relatively well in recent years but they 're not really up to it.
Our amateurisms are allowing this to happen.

Agreed.

We've fallen off a cliff with regards to identifying quality talent over the past few years and are paying the price.

City had a successful era with David Silva, Aguero, Kompany...again with Aguero, DeBruyne,....and now seemingly again with Haaland. In each era they've only become stronger.

The only department where we have trumped them is in the Champions league, for now. Which is why I'm glad we have got to two trophies. They might eventually come knocking for that too.

We've pretty much been declining since Drogba left the first time (probably a little before that), had a brief resurgence with Hazard, Costa and Fabregas,....but fallen off since then.

Hopefully our future DOF can help rectify these wrongs in the next few transfer windows.
