Hasnt exactly set the world alight with England which I would say is a very fair assessment. No doubts England have done worse with better squads but I think Southgate is limited as a coach and perhaps this showed when England came up against better teams at the World Cup such as Croatia and Belgium. International managers coming to club level is also risky. Some managers better suit internationals, some can do both or some only do well at club level.
