Ballack ready to return for Blues

Midfielder Michael Ballack will return for Chelsea's Champions League game against Bordeaux having missed the last three weeks with a foot injury.

Ballack, 31, last played for Chelsea against Wigan on 24 August.

"He will play on Tuesday but I do not know whether it will be for 45 minutes, 60 or 70," said Chelsea's Brazilian manager Luiz Felipe Scolari.
