If he refuses to renew, they lose him on a free in 9 and a half months, July 1, 2019. If they keep Mourinho, I don't see him renewing. Love to see those Manc twats in a sticky wicket. Best case all around for us is Mo doesn't get the sack and ZZ doesn't come in. That pulls Manure out of the Hazard sweepstakes too.

I was under the impression that there was a club option, for another year.

I suspect that either one of Martial or Jose won't be at Utd at the start of the next season.

No, he said that he wants to play as a striker because that is the position he used to play in Monaco. Its just that his technique is so good that he can easily play as a left winger
