Haven't seen him much live, but on paper, looks to be ideal. 22 years old, so has time to grow, reportadly has a release clause of about €60M (not bad in the current market), and looks as if he can defend and attack admirably already. Has anyone seen anything more of him? Obviously we need a new LWEB, but, in terms of ability, would he be a good signing?

I've actually only just been looking at him.

He seems really good. Got everything a modern FB needs. Basically a younger, faster, better defense wise as Alonso.

Spuds offered I think £25mill and was knocked back. Both Manc clubs were looking at him. I think hes going to be wanted

Only thing I can see iis hes had a couple of bad injuries. and is apparently "protected by a €60 million (£53.3 million) release clause."

his release clause WAS 60m euro, it is now likely closer to 80m (Jose Gaya's just went up to 100m a few months back)
