I completely understand you mate. I've been to Bogota and Cali a couple of times and the situation is not green to say the least (Bogota is OK, Cali is scary at night tho). Hostel owner said it's nothing compared to Bunaventura tho so I can't imagine how bad it must be there. Colombians are proud of their country and should be!
