EskWeston 696
So, did he have his medical? He isn't down on the list of players who didn't travel for Pre Season. What is the truth about Makelele.
BlueLion. 21,491
To be honest, I prefer this sort of transfer, when everything is kept quiet. But anyway. Sad to lose Maka. No doubt beyond his best, but nonetheless a fantastic asset and servant to the club.

No doubt beyond his best, but nonetheless a fantastic asset and servant to the club. True, it is better when things are kept quiet. I am just suprised that he wasn't mentioned as not travelling with the squad if he was leaving.

chrismada9 1,948
If that's true, I'm sad to see Maka go, and that he can't finish his career with us. He was a massive servant to Chelsea, and one of my favourite players. I wish him the best of luck at PSG.

BlueLion. 21,491
Maka spoke to the press yesterday afternoon, before commenting in English for the Chelsea fans. He said that the move was 'good for [his] family' and he is 'very happy,' but that he says 'thank-you to all supporters of Chelsea' and that 'it was fun' to be at the club. Thanks Maka!
