Courtois - 6.8 PK save and great save in the 93rd distribution isn't on the level.

Azipilicueta - 6.6 good run in for the goal but shambolic in the first twenty minutes with passes to nowhere

Terry - 2.7 While the red card was soft he still was burnt like toast and made a game that was a comfortable into tense nail-biter

Zouma - 6.9 Solid play not spectacular but strong in the air and made things difficult for West Brom

Ivanovic 3.6 Utter liability at RB has been dismantled each of the first three weeks by 3 different types of players.

Matic 2.3 - Worst player in the pitch idiotic tackle to give up a PK was lucky not to be sent off later in the game far too many give aways in bad spots leading to WBA

Cesc 3.9 - a freakin pylon he could be passed by a 12 year old kid ... way too slow. Had one great through ball to Costa and a chip to Costa that led to Dave's goal. Otherwise his lack of speed and athleticism is causing problems for the midfield.

Hazard 6.2 - Moments of great play but not leaving enough of an impact on the game.

Willian - 5.4 could have cost Chelsea a victory with his abysmal miss. Not enough end product and gave away the ball too often

Pedro 8.2 - MOTM best player on the pitch created nearly all of Chelsea's opportunities, tracked back quite well and recovered the ball quickly when he lost it. Looks like the RW problem has been resolved

Costa 7.0 Goal and set up the 3rd goal. Still too much dribbling but he was in the heads of the WBA players and creating problems.

Cahill 4.5 stumbling and bumbling lucky that he didn't cost Chelsea a goal.

Mikel N/A did little

Falcao N/A has to be better with the shot.

Lucky win and without Pedro this may have been another loss. The midfield is in shambles as is the defense.

Offense looks out of rhythm and seems overly reliant on individual brilliance because there does seem to be a cohevise offense attack plan.

Need multiple CM and defenders to be brought in as this team is going struggle to make top four in its current form.

Thought Azpi was 6.65, but otherwise agree!

Can't really imagine playing a top club away from home and starting Diego, Hazard, Pedro and Fabregas.

Defense line suffers when defense (system!) up front is lacking.

Doubt anyone ever thought Terry and Ivanovic were ever pacey players - and they certainly did not lose what was left of their pace during vacation. Aside from a slow start from a number of players - fabregas had another shocker for me - we are going to concede a lot with so many players who are defensively inapt.

hint: all players defend and all attack.

It's the same every season when the defense isn't protected the back line shows it.

Our CMs need to wake up, Matic and Fabregas were awful today. Absolutely awful. They're looking like Championship players at the moment. These guys were the best CM pairing in the league last season.

They started off brilliantly together, but they have been so far off their top form in 2015. They might not be as good a duo as we originally thought.

I'm very concerned about midfield tbh. This is why I've been shouting for a quality CM all summer (all year actually). Add some real competition and the possibility to mix things up.
