My dad's been on one, he said it focuses on the psychological aspects of coaching more than anything.
Badboy 1,526
I have done my fa coaching badge level 1 its a piece of piss, its more about what you learn then a pass if you know what i mean. You have to organise a safe coaching session which kids would find fun. 1. Make sure the pitch is clear of things like sweet packets hazzards as they say. 2. Warm up (dont warm up with them stand in the middle) make sure you do the basic Stretch's 3. Main session (Keep it simple matt dont let it drag, and be very vocal) After you complete your course matt which you have got to be a bad retard not to complete. Go to your local park on a sunday talk to some of the coaches of the sunday league teams, and explian to them that you just completed your level 1 course they will take you on. Badboy 1,526
The fa coaching badge level 2 is fucking solid, and you need to be a coach of a sunday league team for at least 3 years. This one will find out if you have the mental drive to become a top class coach, if you do this one matt you will have a real chance to make a name for your self. The step up is massive from 1 to 2 the step up from 2 to uefa b and uefa a are not as big.
