ik they won't exactly be happy but when the Cypriots went to get bailout from Russia they got nothing. Won't the government want the money to come back since it's black money?

For Russia to pour more money into Cyprus it makes no sense. Even now, Russians will have plenty of problems to get their loans paid up by Cyprus. Cyprus is getting into high unemployment figures, many businesses will move out soon...in other words Cyprus is screwed for years if not for decades. Wrong decisions were made by those dimwits.

Mainly, Greek Cyprus may thank to the Greeks in Athens.
