Renewed Membership - 5 Loyalty Points

I got the email a while back about getting the 5 loyalty points if my membership was renewed before the end of July. Does anyone know when the points get added to our accounts? I renewed the other day but the points haven't been added

It will be before the ticket news for next season is announced. If you don't get them before the Community Shield tickets go on sale then you could contact the club and they will add them if they have not been put on already

I think they should activate when you get the confirmation email with your membership number. Your default password is your birthday. I can't remember the format though 01.01.1900 or 01/01/1900 or something like that.

Has anyone problems seeing their loyalty points? I could see then a week ago but they seem to have disappeared. Not that they have been reset but there is nothing where under the account details tab where they normally are.

I renewed my membership on friday night. Wanting to watch a non laggy stream on the Chelsea website. They then send me an email saying that it will take up too 5 day to activate the Chelsea TV online subscription. It is still not done today and I am not happy. I basically brought it just to watch the Brighton game and I will be asking for a refund so I can get the magazine membership instead. The worst thing is it does not say this on the website anywhere, but they send you an email afterwards telling you.

Disgraceful!

'Customers are reminded in line with the club ticketing policy that the loyalty points from 2011-2012 will remain on customers accounts until the QPR away match is sold out. Once this match is sold out all of last season's points will be removed.'

The problem is not the amount of loyalty points but the fact that I cannot see them at all.

When I asked about it I got this message back: "They are not showing up online at present, I can look for you if you confirm the address on your memberships." Not sure what to read from it but hopefully they will show before we need loyalty points to get tickets.
