I can't remember the format though 01.01.1900 or 01/01/1900 or something like that.Has anyone problems seeing their loyalty points? I could see then a week ago but they seem to have disappeared. They then send me an email saying that it will take up too 5 day to activate the Chelsea TV online subscription. It is still not done today and I am not happy. I basically brought it just to watch the Brighton game and I will be asking for a refund so I can get the magazine membership instead. When I asked about it I got this message back: "They are not showing up online at present, I can look for you if you confirm the address on your memberships."
