I'd be fine with that. Just keep him the fuck out of the Blue shirt. He's just a level or 3 beyond the kind of scumbag i'm willing to overlook for good performance. It shocks me that we would even consider him.
-
No way! Even if goes to Arsenal they won't be good enough to win anything. They had RVP, Song, Walcott, and Fabregas for a good while and couldn't get a damn thing done. Even suarez joining the current squad isn't going to turn them into trophy winners. I just want him out of England. The sooner the better.
-
I think it's going to get harder and harder to get Ronaldo back there the farther it goes from Sir Alex resigning.
-
So what if we just shut each transfer thread down at 149? Also that Liverpool comment almost made me spit out my beer in shock. Good one. Ha.

It's over. Rooney to Crawley Town. http://www.crawleytownfc.com/news/article/luke-rooney-signs-380282.aspx

Too bad west ham don't have the money for suarez. They only didn't sign mboyo, a convicted rapist, because of supporters disapproving. For suarez they may not care.

I think some clubs are holding onto hope that he can be forced or persuaded elsewhere. But Lewandoski has stated so many times over that he wants to move to Bayern and Klopp has even said he's accepted that will happen. I like the guy but I wouldn't want him playing for us if that's not what he wanted to do.
-
Lewandoski is pretty much set for Bayern next season.
-
I also agree with Moses in the second half. I think he's been most effective for us by far when he's come on as a at or during the second half.
-
I would be upset with that. But I don't think even Rooney can be enough for Arsenal to win The League and doubtfully even the FA Cup or League Cup. I guess I could see him wanting to go as a last option. But to me I can't imagine the prospect of going from a club that is competing for several trophies a year and typically winning one to a club that hasn't won a trophy since before Twitter was started being very appealing to a player like Rooney.

I may sometimes not feel awesome after a long night waking up for the weekend matches that start 6-11 am my time. But there's admittedly something fun about getting up first thing, having a few beers(or more depending how things go), and watching your team play. Especially if you have a group of people watching, drinking. It also almost completely eliminates the girlfriends getting mad because you won't skip the game and go do ____. They can't get mad at what they aren't awake for, ha. And an added bonus is when people try to claim that I can't be a "real" Chelsea supporter because I live in Texas it can be nice to throw how early I have to get up at them.
-
Well, I'm just saying typically I would choose the shirt for someone who had been here for a season or two and was a favorite of mine. I want the guy at Chelsea, but realistically he wouldn't be my favorite member of the squad immediately upon signing. Different people get different names on the back for different reasons.
-
As for the Rooney marketing. I'd buy his shirt guaranteed. He wouldn't be shirt I would personally want most. But it would be a must have to wear to watch matches against United and to fuck with their fans in general.

Ok. Thank you. I was looking for a response that would show my preference for Torres or Lukaku getting the start today without getting an overdrawn Torres debate started. It's possible that as much as I love Reddit it's making me afraid to talk about football on the internet. ha.

What? Ba?
-
Agreed. I have a feeling that it will be a friendly match in name alone.
-
I haven't seen the lineups posted anywhere yet.

I always have bad luck with wiziwig. I've found great steams from myp2p. But they can get super laggy. And I've got the fastest internet available where I live.
-
I'm goona miss this..its at 4:30 here and i have an early day. Besides i can't sleep until its 2:30 midnigt Yeah. I hate having to miss a lot if the weekday afternoon matches. At least the full matches are going online pretty quickly.
-
I think I prefer the matches that I have to wake up early for. Waiting all day is going to drive mental.
-
Yeah. Also a good plan.
-
I've been reading that Nike has apparently agreed to help with the costs. I think it's less possible after SAF retired, but still I wouldn't rule it out.
-
If nobody will buy him just put him in the youth squad.
-
Can't say it enough. Let suarez go anywhere else. Yes, even if it's a direct rival. If we're going to pick up a striker we need one will be a good mentor and role model for Lukaku. I don't want our clubs future stars learning anything from suarez.
-
Yeah. It seems to be in the player's best interest to avoid talking to the media very much during a possible transfer. No matter what he says he's going to piss off the fans of one club and it could the one he winds up at. Better than him running his mouth like when dempsey was trying to leave Fullham.
