I agree that it is too early still to speak of such a thing, but if i had to answer i would say no. Carlo came in with a decent squad with his own style, he fielded the best team he could to make the team strong, but it isn't him who his playing on the pitch. He has put faith onto our youngsters, which we want managers to do. We have called for the debut of youngsters, and that's what he has done. The lack of consistency is the team's fault, the players should be 100% commited to playing the best they can and don't. I think maybe only Ivan and Terry are the best performers in our last couple of games. But i will say one thing: if Carlo doesn't bring in no players during January, then he is and idiot. I think we need a re-shuffle with players also. Ballack, Deco and other players that are just here for the wage and aren't playing to full potential shall be leaving so youngsters like Kakuta, Bruma and Borini can have their chance. I am 100% sure that they would be more eager for success then those aging losers.

Borini imo is ahead of both Sturridge and Kalou, but saying that maybe because he's so young that's why i want him to score.

I think it's because the 442daimond is easy to see our faults and the managers take advantage of that. If we could improve our style of football a bit more with new players then maybe we can get out of this dip, but the biggest thing we have to have as us being the fans is belief that Carlo and the team can turn this around. Also one thing may i add: Kalou..... It should be Borini/Sturridge

He just seems to be injury prone atm, and hasn't been the same kind of player since, also he has seemed to have faded away in the last couple of seasons, no showing consistency. But, like i said, that all could change later on in the season.

Deco, Kalou and Mikel, i am also not the found of Ferraira this season and Zhirkov yet, but both could surprise me.

Bruma, Cork, Kakuta, Matic, Borini Sturridge, Mellis, Bertrand, Van Aanholt, Clifford, Mitrovic, they could all become first teamers if their development goes right and are given a chance. And with what has been said above, Carlo said that he wasn't going to leave milan and come to Chelsea, and guess what! He did. He's trying to manipulate the media, which is a good method as it would make even more speculation when we sign him.

CJ, i think we could use the Christmas tree formation. Anelka alone up front, who has already shown us he can be a lethal striker on his own ie last season. If we play Kakuta, that we have a superb playmaker, as do Deco (when on form) and Joe Cole. Ballack could also fit that role, and maybe even Lampard. Also, i don't see how we can say that Borini that type of player if he hasn't played a full match yet, and the same for Sturridge. We have three options during the ACON: Christmas Tree, 442 Diamond and the old 433, and i think Carlo is smart enough when to chnage tactic when it is needed. Yes Aguero is an awesome player, and i do believe he will come to the Bridge, but he would be a add-on to the great squad we have already, not as a replacement for a player that is gone for a month. IMHO i think that Borini should be ahead of Kalou in the order of strikers anyway, he showed a great sign of brillance in the Portsmouth game, while Kalou didn't make a great impact.

I think if we can draw against Inter away, then we will go on. But in actually reality i can see us winning both games if the players are fully concentrated on to the games and are not weak on set pieces. If we can fix our little problems or tweak them then maybe we can win both and maybe even the CL in all, wut without improvement, i don't see us in the final tbh.

i've heard Deco has an injury! Good to hear about Sturridge finally back to health. I think we should give him and borini a 30 min cameo in the next two games to let them fit for third choice striker, screw Kalou!

Unlucky for Borini, but from what i've read (couldn't watch it) i see he has been doing some shooting, some off target some on. You have to think, what happens if he started in the game?
