Has he impressed so far?

I don't get the mentioning of Fred tbh, he's far from being an elite striker, but he seems to get a "lot" of goals for Brazil. Costa would be an improvement, but him choosing Spain doesn't matter much.. The current team has improved as a whole (in the beggining of the year they were pretty bad) and has great chemistry. How would Costa fit in?

Great game, we played very well. This didn't look like a second XI at all, what a squad we have this year... And a major shoutout to our FANS! Looked like a home game for the most part. Great to see Mata scoring, Essien and Mikel were a pleasant surprise and Kalas' dayview topped it off nicely. PS: Arsenal with one less cup to win, the drought continues

Portugal doesn't usually have that problem, but IMO a player should play for the country he was born in (unless it's an extreme case or the coach never picking you)

He is more talented than Lukaku, but with the difference in their attitudes, Lukaku will become the better player. No need for him IMO.
