Disgraceful performance but even worse disgraceful reffing. Have not seen anything more inconsistent since our Barca game... What a fucking joke. We were poor, very very poor. We did not deserve to win, we had no vision going forward and just couldn't keep up with an under strengthened City. Disgrace. But we are still top of the league!

Not the greatest of halves. We seemed to be very predictable going forward. Our passing has not been the best, and it looked like we did not have as much flair going forward. But that said it looks like we are playing counter attacking football but to be fair i don't see why we should change the way we have been playing. Going to be interesting to see how we play in the second half. Come on Chels, lets get the right result!

Well said! Like i said before the game, if it meant going out of the competition and focusing on defending our double and winning the champions league i am all for it. But it was good to see the young kids playing. With the way they played tonight surely Carlo cannot keep the on the bench all the time. They can make a real difference if we are struggling in a league game. Just look at the vision from Josh and Gael. Its outstanding at such a young age!

Man of the match for me was Patrick, he was class at left back. A couple of small mistakes here and there but his all round game was class. His vision when going forward and when defending was great. I could not fault him tonight. Josh was also very good when he came on, he did everything right and impressed me a lot. I was a proud Chelsea fan tonight to watch these young guys show what they can do.

Good effort lads! Proud of them. Kinda glad it didnt go to extra time.
